§3 Refund policy
Consumers generally have a right of refund.
Consumers have the right to cancel purchase contracts with JAMAL CAZARÉ that were concluded on the basis of an order in the online shop www.offf.space within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The refund period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of refund, the customer must inform JAMAL CAZARÉ by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or email to: JAMAL CAZARÉ, Spinnereistraße 7, 04179 Leipzig DE, Tel: 0178/1446033, Mail: hi@jamalcazare.de) about the decision to cancel the purchase contract. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired is sufficient. If the customer cancels the purchase contract, JAMAL CAZARÉ will reimburse all payments that JAMAL CAZARÉ has received from the customer, including the shipping costs (except for additional costs that resulted from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than standard shipping). The same method of payment that was used in the original transaction will be used for the repayment, unless a different, express agreement is made.
JAMAL CAZARÉ can refuse repayment until JAMAL CAZARÉ has received the goods back or the customer can provide proof that the goods have been returned. In the event of cancellation, the customer must return the goods to JAMAL CAZARÉ or hand them over to JAMAL CAZARÉ at the latest fourteen days from the day on which the customer informed JAMAL CAZARÉ of the cancellation of the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

§3 Widerrufsbelehrung
Verbrauchern steht grundsätzlich ein Widerrufsrecht zu.
Verbraucher haben das Recht, innerhalb von vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen Kaufverträge mit JAMAL CAZARÉ, die aufgrund einer Bestellung im Online-Shop www.offf.space abgeschlossen wurden, zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beginnt ab dem Tag, an dem der Kunde oder ein von ihm benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Ware in Besitz genommen hat.
Um das Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, muss der Kunde JAMAL CAZARÉ mittels eindeutiger Erklärung (z.B. per Brief, Telefax oder Email an: JAMAL CAZARÉ, Spinnereistraße 7, 04179 Leipzig DE, Tel: 0178/1446033, Mail: hi@jamalcazare.de) über den Entschluss, den Kaufvertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist aus.
Wenn der Kunde den Kaufvertrag widerruft, erstattet JAMAL CAZARÉ alle Zahlungen, die JAMAL CAZARÉ von dem Kunden erhalten hat, einschließlich der Versandkosten (ausgenommen zusätzliche Kosten, die sich daraus ergaben, dass der Kunde eine andere Art der Lieferung als den Standardversand gewählt hat). Für die Rückzahlung wird dasselbe Zahlungsmittel verwendet, das bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt wurde, es sei denn, es wird eine abweichende, ausdrückliche Vereinbarung getroffen. JAMAL CAZARÉ kann die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis JAMAL CAZARÉ die Ware wieder zurückerhalten hat, oder der Kunde den Nachweis erbracht, dass die Ware zurückgesandt wurde.
Der Kunde muss im Falle des Widerrufs die Ware unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag, an dem der Kunde JAMAL CAZARÉ über den Widerruf des Kaufvertrages unterrichtet hat, an JAMAL CAZARÉ zurücksenden oder JAMAL CAZARÉ übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn der Kunde die Ware vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absendet. Der Kunde trägt die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Ware.
